I hereby expressly and unequivocally consent to the processing of my personal data for recruitment and selection purposes by Novabase Sociedade Gestora de Participações Sociais S.A.(“NOVABASE”).NOVABASE may collect the following types of personal information (when permitted by law): employment history and educational qualifications; language proficiency and other job-related skills; Social Security number; civil ID number or other government-issued ID number; date of birth; gender; banking information; telephone number; citizenship and work permit status; criminal and other records; information on benefits; tax information; information provided by references; information contained in your curriculum vitae (CV); information regarding your career interests and other information regarding your job qualifications. Furthermore, we may collect information you want to provide regarding other persons, as well as emergency contact information. We collect the personal data described above in order to: provide you with employment opportunities; provide human resource services; enable our HR to initiate the hiring procedure (if any); evaluate your suitability as a candidate and your job qualifications; analyze data when considering a candidate’s suitability for a job opportunity; evaluate individual performance and skills, including the scoring of job-related skills; identify professional development needs; use information related to individuals’ job suitability; and analyze pipeline data (trends in hiring practices).
NOVABASE may use information in other ways, for which it will give specific prior notice. This data processing may be done by a service provider of good standing hired by NOVABASE. This service provider will process the data solely for the purposes stipulated by NOVABASE and in accordance with NOVABASE’S instructions, and will strictly comply with legal provisions
regarding the protection of personal data, information security and other applicable legal norms. We may also share your personal information with clients, who may have job opportunities available, or who are interested in placing our applicants. We may also share your personal data with other companies in the Novabase Group, for the purposes indicated above.
Some services provided by NOVABASE may involve the transfer of your data outside Portugal, including outside the European Union or to international organizations, pursuant to applicable legal provisions, particularly with regard to the suitability of the destination country/countries in terms of personal data protection, and requirements applicable to such transfers, including, whenever applicable, the appropriate contractual instruments which guarantee and comply with legal requirements in force.
Your personal data will be kept for 5 years, or for such time as is necessary for NOVABASE to comply with its legal obligations. I am aware that I am entitled, as a data subject, to exercise my right to access, correct or delete my data, as well as to limit this data and to data portability, subject to the limits provided for by applicable legislation, by making a request in writing via email to data.privacy@novabase.com. I am also entitled to revoke this consent via email to data.privacy@novabase.com. I am aware that I am also entitled to file complaints with the supervisory authority.
