Neotalent, a Novabase Group company specialized in finding the best talent for companies’ business needs, recently announced its new recruitment and talent management platform using Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain at the Web Summit. The project is the result of a partnership with ISCTE - Lisbon University Institute (ISCTE-IUL) and Instituto Pedro Nunes (IPN), and is co-funded by Portugal 2020.
The platform is part of an extensive Neotalent project whose goal is to digitize the talent market and interactions between all those involved, namely talent, talent providers, customers and talent managers.
Through a collection of innovative features using Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain technologies, the platform includes functions for selecting, evaluating and recommending talent and career advancement, together with a system for collecting, recording and saving information on CVs.
“Companies always want the best professionals, and professionals want the best job offers. With a constantly changing IT market, companies under competitive pressure and specialized talent under constant assault, how can everyone involved meet their expectations? The key is understanding company culture. Often times, a given professional is technically sound, but not suited to a given company. The key is having an in-depth understanding of the recruitment market, company culture and a more solid focus on selection techniques.
