Through Mubadala Development Company, the Abu Dhabi government recently launched a pioneering initiative on a worldwide scale that will make this emirate a centre of excellence in the production of Arab content, creating Abu Dhabi Media Zone “two four 54”. Named after the geographic coordinates of Abu Dhabi, this new centre seeks to respond to the various needs of media companies, from the creation/production of content to its delivery and marketing.

The main challenge of this project was to equip Abu Dhabi Media Zone “two four 54” with a Customer Care and Service Desk global system, in line with the one-stop shop philosophy, using the most advanced systems and the latest in management and development practices.

According to Firas Youssef, Injazat’s Program Manager Officer, “With some of the largest media companies in the world already onboard and major projects already announced, not to mention the flexibility of our business solutions and a revolutionary IT virtual infrastructure, we have the foundation for ensuring the success of this initiative and for attaining a broader customer base. Our partnership with Novabase was crucial to the success of this initiative.”

Aires Noronha, Novabase manager, pointed out, “One of the biggest challenges was the construction of a scalable and secure platform that will allow ADMZ to expand rapidly and respond efficiently to customer and partner needs.” He went on to conclude, “Our mix of business and technology knowledge combined with our experience in start-ups in the Middle East have made us the ideal partner for this project.”
