This growth was driven by a 110% jump in the number of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) positions, through the Nubitalk solution, together with progress in the on-premises model with a 15% rise in the OneContact solution.
Collab executive director Pedro Rodrigues says that “2017 was an exceptional year, demonstrating Collab’s ability to grow in an already consolidated market. We were able to double the number of companies using our solutions, thereby continuing to develop more complete and innovative products, with deep learning and artificial intelligence capabilities.”
Increasingly more international, foreign markets now account for around 80% of Collab’s annual turnover, “which has also resulted in a 60% increase in our team, a trend that will continue now that we are recruiting, primarily in areas such as Marketing & Sales and Research & Development.
