CEO
Born in Angola 45 years ago, Luís Paulo Salvado has been the CEO of Novabase since 2009.
He enjoys travelling, reading and good conversation among friends.

He savours the gastronomic delights of life with great pleasure. Whenever the need arises, he finds spiritual solace in sailing and skiing. His feels most at home with his family and in the dwelling place of thought. He would like to have more time to write and shares his convictions with those who would listen when he has a cause. A graduate in systems and computer engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico (Higher Technical Institute), he began working while in school, which he considers a valuable experience. He supplemented this training with an MBA from Universidade Católica Portuguesa (Portuguese Catholic University). He joined Novabase in 1994 as a project manager and launched a new area in 1996 that would become the first spinoff of the Novabase business network.
Since then he has assumed various responsibilities, from Novabase Consulting CEO to CFO and CHRO of the group in 2007. He is currently doing what he loves most: managing the company that he helped to grow and where he spends many hours each day. He approaches leadership of Novabase as an enormous challenge. But he believes that he has a significant trump card: the best team that any CEO could desire: the Novabase team!
