Characterized by a strong training component, this program is conducted every year after a promotional period at the most prestigious universities and institutes beginning in January.Who is it for?Novabase Academy targets the best upcoming and recent graduates from engineering and management programs at key universities and polytechnic institutes throughout the country. Candidate selection criteria include technical skills and expertise, leadership ability, spirit of initiative and dynamism, growth potential, interpersonal relationship ability and teamwork, international experience and ability to manage conflicts and adapt.The training is broken down into two main components: • Two weeks of structured training in “Fundamental Consulting Skills”, consisting of a case study in which a professional situation simulates real-world conditions as closely as possible. This component takes place in a residential environment at facilities intended for this purpose. • Novabase Academy targets the best upcoming and recent graduates from engineering and management programs at key universities and polytechnic institutes throughout the country.
