    We also cover specialized areas such as corporate sales support (Sales Force Automation), customer loyalty systems, points of sale (POS), and knowledge management. We have a comprehensive vision of business processes and guarantee their integration and consistency

    Telecommunications network solutions 
     
    Our infrastructure solutions cover four technology components using a multivendor approach for greater flexibility and adaptability vis-à-vis the needs of each operator network project:
     
  • IP platforms: reliable, high-performance routing and switching equipment portfolio. These platforms lay the groundwork for deploying next-generation networks.

    IMS platforms and convergence applications: solutions portfolio covering the various operating blocks of the standard IP multimedia subsystem architecture. These solutions provide convergence applications for voice, data, video and mobility that interact via standard open protocols.Access and transmission platforms: platforms
    that provide traffic access, aggregation and transport through different physical mediums: fibre, copper or wireless. These solutions address various fixed and mobile operator service needs, from high-speed fibre optics to lower speed, more traditional copper wire.
    Network Service Applications: Applications for monitoring, optimizing and protecting existing (typically packet-switched) networks. These platforms improve Quality of Service (QoS), the user’s Quality of Experience (QoE) and the basic performance of the communications networks and services offered.
     
    Along with these solutions, Novabase also has a portfolio of professional services under an ILS (Infrastructure Lifecycle Services) methodology. This methodology
    includes the various infrastructure life cycle phases: preparation, planning, design, deployment, operation  and optimization. 

    Digital television solutions

     

    Products and services in digital television solutions are focused on telecommunications operators and media providers. Ongoing technology innovations in this market for delivering more advanced and sophisticated services to end users demand a constant overhaul of products and services based on three core elements:

     

    Original products and services – 1) by developing complex systems tailored to operators/media providers, and 2) SIP/COB (System In Package/Chip On Board), designed to address the international Set-Top Box market (terminal equipment to decode digital video at home).

  • These systems are a major differentiating factor of Novabase in the worldwide telecommunications and media market and represent a large part of this business’ intellectual property.  
     
    Systems integrator: construction of video technology ecosystems, from infrastructure (head-end) to applications, including the customization of terminal equipment (real-time or on-demand), always with the aim of addressing every part of the value chain to deliver video to any screen available to the end user.

    Operation and maintenance
    : the systems integrated, developed and installed must be deployed and maintained by qualified professionals whose proximity to development
    teams and technical customer teams entails three different areas: remote support for middleware and application systems developed, support for the operators’ customers who use these systems in real time, and maintenance for a wide range of terminal equipment, whether or not integrated by Novabase.
